Cancellation Policy:
Due to high patient demand, we require 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel/rearrange your appointment.
We understand that emergencies arise and are happy to accommodate unexpected circumstances on a case-by-case basis. However, we appreciate your cooperation in respecting this policy to help us serve all of our patients effectively.

At Align Podiatry, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care and professionalism in all treatments and services. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following No Refund Policy:
1. Treatment Fees
- All fees paid for podiatry consultations, assessments, and treatments are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- Fees reflect the time, expertise, and clinical resources allocated to your care.
2. Products & Orthotics
- Custom orthotics are non-refundable once ordered or dispensed since they are bespoke devices.
- This includes items manufactured to individual specifications, which cannot be resold or repurposed.
- Adjustments or modifications may be offered where clinically appropriate, but refunds are not available.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds will only be considered if required by law or in cases of administrative error (e.g., duplicate payment).
- Any such requests must be submitted in writing to the clinic manager for review.
