Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Cancellation Policy:

Due to high patient demand, we require 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel/rearrange your appointment.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
• If you miss your appointment without 24 hours prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for the missed visit.

We understand that emergencies arise and are happy to accommodate unexpected circumstances on a case-by-case basis. However, we appreciate your cooperation in respecting this policy to help us serve all of our patients effectively.

At Align Podiatry, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care and professionalism in all treatments and services. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following No Refund Policy:

1. Treatment Fees
All fees paid for podiatry consultations, assessments, and treatments are non-refundable once the service has been provided. Fees reflect the time, expertise, and clinical resources allocated to your care.

2. Products & Orthotics
Lab-made eorthotics are non-refundable once ordered or dispensed since they are bespoke devices. Adjustments or modifications may be offered where clinically appropriate, but refunds are not available.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in cases of administrative error (e.g., duplicate payment).
